Name, Surname, Turkish Identification Number, Foreign Identification Number, Passport Number, Nationality, Copy of Identification Card, Copy of Passport, Signature, Photograph, Signature Circular Information, Power of Attorney Information, E-Mail Address, Residential Address, Home Phone Number, Business Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number, Workplace Address, Workplace Name/Title, Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) Address, Position/Title Information, Information in Correspondence with Judicial Authorities, Information in Correspondence with Administrative Authorities, Information in the Case File, Information Within the Scope of Notice/Warning Letters, Information Within the Scope of Contracts, Invoice, Request Information, Bank Account Information.

As CG, Within the Scope of Our Procurement Processes, We Process the Following Personal Data of Our Suppliers:

Name, Surname, E-Mail Address, Business Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number, Workplace Address, Workplace Name/Title, Tax Identification Number, Turkish Identification Number,  Signature Circular Information, Signature, Power of Attorney Information, Invoice, Bank Account Information.

2. Collection Methods

Information and Documents Declared by the Potential Client, Information and Documents Declared by the Client, Information and Documents Declared by the Defendant/Debtor, Information and Documents Declared by the Supplier, Contracts, Court Records, Legal Correspondence, Official Documents, Printed and Hard Copy Forms.

3. Purposes of Processing

Conducting Activities in Compliance with Legislation, Conducting Communication Activities, Conducting / Auditing Business Activities, Conducting Service Sales Processes, Conducting Contract Processes, Conducting Marketing Processes of Products / Services, Providing Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations, Conducting Management Activities, Conducting Finance and Accounting Activities, Conducting Loyalty Processes Related to Company / Product / Services, Conducting Assignment Processes, Following Up and Conducting Legal Affairs, Conducting Communication Activities, Receiving and Evaluating Suggestions for the Improvement of Business Processes, Conducting Business Continuity Activities, Conducting Customer Relationship Management Processes, Conducting Storage and Archiving Activities, Conducting Contract Processes, Following Up Requests / Complaints.

5. Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties Within the Country

Your personal data may be transferred to Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations and our Suppliers within the scope of the purposes and legal grounds stated above.

6. Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties Abroad

Your personal data is not transferred abroad.

7. Retention Period of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is primarily retained for the periods stipulated in the applicable legislation. If no retention period is stipulated in the legislation; we retain your personal data for the period required by the purpose of processing. Taking into account possibilities such as a potential court request or a request related to the relevant data by an administratively authorized authority reaching us late, or the occurrence of a dispute to which we may be a party, an additional period of 6 months to 1 year is added to the retention periods determined either by legislation or by processing purposes, and at the end of the determined period, the relevant data is deleted.

8. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

With respect to your personal data,

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  • Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,
  • Requesting notification of the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in case of correction, deletion, or destruction,
  • Requesting compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

9. Exercise of Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

In order for your application to be evaluated, it must meet the conditions specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You may access the relevant Communiqué at www.resmigazete.gov.tr.

You may submit your applications and requests regarding your personal data, provided that they meet the conditions specified in the relevant Communiqué:

  • By sending them to our _______________ address with a wet signature and information sufficient to verify your identity,
  • By sending them to Cinnah Street No.68 Çankaya/Ankara address with a wet signature and information sufficient to verify your identity,
  • By applying in person to CG Law Firm with a valid identity document.

10. Response Period for Your Requests Regarding Your Personal Data

Your requests regarding your personal data will be responded to within a maximum of 30 days from the date they reach us, using the method by which you applied.
