- Providing general legal consultancy services to companies that wish to be listed on the stock exchange or are already publicly traded
- Carrying out all procedures in mergers and acquisitions of publicly held joint stock companies, from the preliminary negotiation phase to the final stage of the closing protocol
- Completing all transactions to be carried out with the Capital Markets Board and BIST before, during, and after companies’ initial public offerings, and fulfilling all required procedures
